2021 Tavel

Romain spent 7 years working for Tavel legend, Eric Pfifferling!
Originally a Parisian, Romain is now one of the leaders of the young Southern Rhone movement. He got to learn the ropes off the legendary Eric Pfifferling aka Domain L’Anglore for seven years and now is producing incredible wines of his own. In the same vein of his mentor, he seeks to create cuvées that are elegant and ethereal yet extremely expressive. The 2021 Tavel is built from 50% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 25% Syrah. Carbonic maceration for the Grenace and Cinsault, whereas the Syrah is direct press. Special wine. Think a creaming soda spider in a wine bottle. Strawberries and cream, with a touch of spice.
