This is rolling piquette. Dry winery wizz fizz from vintage 2021 at Tampopo. Warragamba tap meets the skins of wine grapes from across the land: Moscato Bianco, Sangiovese, Riesling, Sagrantino. It's a mixed bag of lollies from the fantasy milk bar. Finishes wild ferment in the bottle for a lil spritz.
