Sustainably farmed Syrah from the Adaption Harcourt vineyard and Moscato Giallo from the Chalmers Heathcote vineyard.
A wacky red white Qvevri conferment of the Syrah and Moscato carbonic skin contact ferments. It’s a 50 50 blend, that why we call it Syrato, get it? Light chilled red with a tropical vibe.
