Organically farmed Syrah from the Adaption Harcourt vineyard.
Picked early at 12 Baume for the love of acid, direct pressed to buried Qvevri and fermented 9 months. Clean minerality, delicate tannins and sublime texture. Fresh clean divine!
A very refreshing and stunning expression of restrained fruit balanced with soft subtle tannins.
