Brendan, the winemaker is a chef by trade who ventured into the natural wine world in 2014 creating Carto Wines.
Brendan Cato aka Carto Wines uses hand picked fruit from certified organic or organic practising vineyards across NSW, and SA. Syrah from Murdoch Hill, Adelaide Hills blended with a touch of Viognier from Ngeringa. All co-fermented then pressed to French Oak. Dried red fruits with a touch of spice. Light on its feet, and ready to chill.
