30% whole bunch fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Basket pressed into seasoned French oak barriques for 10 months maturation. Blended before bottling. No fining or filtration. Silky, floral, delicate with a persistent back bone that drives this wine with a long finishing palate. Let it open up to allow the classic darker fruits to show off. Hold some back for a few years if you can. You’ll be rewarded with some cellar time for sure.
