Organic Viognier from Torrens Valley Orchard in Gumeracha (Northern end of Adelaide Hills, 400m altitude). Barrel ferment on skins for a couple of days. Elevage in seasoned barriques. No additions to the wines a part from a kiss of SO2. Pungent grassy and savoury notes that reminds of Loire Vally Sauvignon Blanc with the richness of a Californian style. Nice grip and phenolics from a few days of skin contact.
