Brendan Cato aka Carto Wines uses hand picked fruit from certified organic or organic practising vineyards across NSW, and SA. Pinot Gris from Wollumbi Estate, Southern Highlands, NSW. Mostly destemmed, and left on skins for seven weeks! Loads of freshness in this one, almost feels like you’re at the winery. Grapefruit a plenty.
