100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Grapes sourced from Witchmount Estate on Wurundjeri Country. Handpicked fruit. De-stemmed and left on skins for 18 hours. Barrel fermented with wild yeasts and minimal sulphur additions. Bottled unfined / unfiltered. A very interesting Savvy B with aromas of beeswax, sage and lemon pith. The palate is round with a peppery savouriness and gentle textural mouthfeel.
