Dark rose fizz! 100% Blauer Wildbacher, a native varietal of Austria. Lightly macerated, gently pressed then aged for eight months before secondary fermentation in bottle. Left in bottle on lees for a year before disgorging. Tonnes of fruit laced with a wonderful alpine hint. Dry and refreshing.
