2021 Rouge Le Blanc

Light red? Deep Rosé?
Hors Champ is the name given to the experimental wines made by Cyril Fhal aka Clos du Rouge George. The fruit for these wines come from close friends within the Roussillon and surrounding areas. They are energetic, built to be drunk young and extremely quaffable! Deep rosé or light red made from half Muscat Petit Grains and half Grenache. Five days whole cluster maceration, pressed off then fermented and aged in demi muid for eight months. Unfined, unfiltered and no added sulphur. Fresh, with plenty of red fruit and acid. Disappears in your glass quickly.
