Valli Unite’s wines just keep getting better!
Valli Unite is a co-op of four families in Costa Vescovato, Piemonte. The farm of 100 hectares has been managed organically since 1981. It is an ecosystem within itself, producing wheat, barley, beef, honey and of course grapes. 20 hectares of the farm are dedicated to vines, and the wines themselves are made as naturally as they can, focussing on soil management rather than additives. Rosatea is blend of Cortese, Barbera, Freisa, Riesling, Malvasia, Brachetto and a few other aromatic varieties. The grapes are co-fermented and only see 24 hours on skins. Fruit forward, crunchy, herbal and dry. Everything you want from a rosé. Perfect with cold cuts. Get out the paletta biellese.
