2021 Qui L'Eut Cru

Romauld is one of the most underrated and understated winemakers in the natural wine world.
While Romuald’s winemaking may be simple, the resulting wines are superb. The work is more done in the vineyard. He refuses to spray copper and sulphur on the vines. When he does have to treat the vines he does so with his own creations of wild plant, spring water, whey and clay mixes. Qui L'Eut Cru is a blend of old vine Gamay from Chiroubles and Chénas.
