This incredibly delightful and very moreish wine is made by adding whole berries of Carignan to a fermenting Saignee of Grenache and pressed 2 days later then aged in Burgundian casks for 6 months - so in essence this wine started as a rosé and finished like a red.
It is very bright, succulent and juicy with lots of verve. In the mouth it is delicious and moreish, think Cossard or L'Anglore - the bottle doesn't last long and the price is terrific.
