This is a dry sparkling wine from the Milan stable with this one usually being fermented from Grenache Noir, Muscat and a little Alicante which were all grown on clay and limestone in their Eyragues vineyard. This is made in a true pet nat style with no sulphur added.
It is a light, lingering, savoury drink with excellent length. Good for matching to a wide range of foods.
