Notes from Manon:
This wine is a field blend, a collective ferment of most of the white grapes we grow. Chardonnay, Pinot Gris & Sauvignon Blanc with a little dash of Savagnin. Macerated together in tank for about ten days. Each variety adding its own texture and energy to this wine. The texture is velvety and succulent like a peach—delicious!
