Chardonnay, Arneis, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc.
On skins for 3 weeks to complete primary fermentation. Aged in french oak puncheons and 400L barrels, bottle aged for 7 months. Tastes like tangerines, peaches & cream, lemon thyme, whilst having a plush subtlety to it. This is predominately fruit that has been sourced from Orange, with only the chardonnay being from Rosnay Vineyards in Canowindra.
