Hand picked and pressed straight to barrel for a wild ferment. Bright, zippy, lean and mean, yet broad and creamy with touches of umami. Stone fruits galore with grapefruit zest, flowers and sea spray. One one nine is guna make yuh feel so fine. 3/5 Savagnin and 2/5 Chardonnay.
