Sangiovese via the Clare Valley!
The brothers have done it again. 100% Sangiovese from the neighbouring Vivian Vineyard in Watervale, Clare Valley. Fermented in large Slovenian Oak then stainless, this sangiovese is fresh! Cola cherry, with a lovely lick of acid. Silky yet dusty tannin, with an ever so subtle herbal finish. Very good drinking.
