A single vineyard, hand-picked Shiraz comes from Inkwell's Block 1.
As no sulphites were added to this lower alcohol Shiraz, its colour is clearly more purple than any other wine they produce. It is a fresh medium bodied red but it also has the seriousness you'd expect from Inkwell. It’s a delicious and easy to drink and can even be served slightly chilled in sunny days. Yummy.
