Madness with Marsanne! DBD did a few things with this one. 100% Biodynamic Marsanne that spends three weeks on skins and then thirteen months under floor. Chalky, saline yet zingy! Flavours range from apricots to all spice, and the texture is almost fortified-esq. Curiouser and curiouser. Down the rabbit hole you go!
