Langhorne Creek Sauvignon Blanc grown on sandy loam soils at a mature age of 25 years. 2 thirds were pressed and left to chill for 24 hours, then sent to a new French oak barrique and a old puncheon for barrel fermentation and less time. Remaining fruit was fermented on skins till dry with extended maceration and pressed to neutral barrels... all blended in the end a textual, opulent Fume Blanc.
