2021 Koerner Pigato



From Watervale in the Clare Valley, SA.
Hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard. De-stemmed retaining roughly 50% whole berries. No whole bunch. Natural ferment in open top steel fermenters, hand plunged twice daily. On skins for 20 days. Vermentino with some skin contact = peach, iced tea and super refreshing.
