2021 Kanimbla White

Notes from Bob… and Tom!
At the Kanimbla vineyard we do everything by hand to have a limited production. This achieves a wine that has high levels of concentration, but maintains freshness and palate drive. It is a Semillon, Pinot noir (made as a white wine) and Sauvignon blanc. The wine is straight pressed to an old french oak barrique. Bottled after 8 months on full lees, then a year in bottle before release.
