La Soeur Cadette is the “negoce” label of Montanet-Thoden!
From the magical Juliénas cru of Beaujolais, the grapes come from 70-90 year old vines! Once harvested they are loaded into a refrigerated truck and shipped to Vézelay. From there they undergo whole bunch carbonic maceration and pressed to wooden foudre. After 9 months it is transferred to stainless. Juicy and mineral. An absolute delight.
