This one's a lighter style orange wine, chewy, crunchy, fresh-as, a little wild streak in there and thirst-quenching to the max. It's got heaps of perfume, plenty of flavour, apple, ginger-lemon tea, green herbs, dash of spice is the deal. It's made up of Sauvignon Blanc and a bit of Chardonnay, all skin fermented for your drinking pleasure. Go forth and live out your quality natural wine goon bag dreams.
