Hey there. Fresh as, bright and refreshing red wine with just enough depth to get you jolly fireside while at the same time being that one you chug down with pals in strong sunlight somewhere with a decent view. Feels juicy but finds a little chewiness too, lots of red berries, pretty spice characters, a bit of bright tang to finish. This one is made of Shiraz, Merlot, Pinot with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay for freshness. Quixotic, exciting, delicious drinking cask wine magic.
