2021 Jean-Paul Pet Nat



Jean-Paul worked his first vintage in 2007 in Nuits Saint George, Burgundy.
He starting out picking grapes, but somehow ended up in the winery within a week. Notes from him - Made with Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Fermented on skins for seven day using indigenous yeast. Then gently pressed and barrel fermented. A mineral sparkling wine with flavours of stone fruit, pear, and brioche.
