From the St. Matthias Vineyard in Kanamaluka / Tamar River. Inspired by the natural orange wines of the Mosel Valley, Germany. Named for team Sonnen's son. Riesling from the western shore of the Tamar fermented on skins for 90 days. 100% malolactic fermentation in old barrels. Bottled December 2021. It’s white wine meets Earl Grey tea.
