100% Chardonnay.
In the middle of the Chardonnay continuum between modern Australian and classic Aussie chard. Stone fruits and grapefruit pith. Leads with some generosity but finishes fresh. Focus on texture without new oak. From a single vineyard in Healesville. All fruit was crushed and pressed relatively hard before settling in tank and gravity filled to all old 300L barrels. All wild ferment and no stirring in barrel. A couple of barrels kicked off with natural malo in the Spring.
