The cruel 2021 frosts took nearly everything so Thierry sought help from friends, of which he has many, and this comes from the Roussillon - a very light, crisp and airy take on Grenache, it's vibrant and very easy going - breezy and fresh. Perfect to drink now and quite moreish too !
