Young vine Pinot Noir from Forest Range, Adelaide Hills. All destemmed, thrown into an open topped fermenter, then pressed to old oak. Juicy, bright and savoury. Darker stewed fruits, topped with a sprinkle of earthiness and balanced tannin. Little bit gamey, but in a nice way. Pinot for everyone.
