2021 Fools Gold

This wine is made from 18 day skin contact Bendigo Verdelho and is an explosion of aromatics, flavours and texture.
Whilst still entirely approachable and made in the same vein as all the other Aller Trop Loin skin contact whites, this is by far the most serious expression. It’s one that can be glugged down or one that can be contemplated over a few hours or days.
