2021 Fi's Garden

All wines are organically farmed, hand harvested, produced and bottled at home with no additions and no subtractions.
Grown by Ralph Wood. 23, 30 year old, bush vines a top the Clarendon Ridge. A trial plantation of 13 varieties + a few buckets of the neighbouring Ralph's Grenache. Darker than previous years as James added 10 buckets of Grenache, not 5 like last year. Whole bunch fermentation, pressed to tank. Musk sticks, squelchy mouthfeel, magic.
