2021 Fanino Serragghia

Fanino Serragghia is a rustic and spicy red wine, made from white and red Pignatello and Catarratto grapes, vinified in open-air amphoras buried in the tufaceous soil. It has a soft pinkish colour and aromas of sweet spices, flowers, and ripe red fruits. The grapes come entirely from the Serragghia district, and grown without any chemical or synthetic product. The volcanic soil on which the vines rest, and the marine influence of the island give the wine a deep and three-dimensional salinity, the real strength of Gabrio's products.
