Sommelier turned winemaker!
A blend of three different parcels. Chardonnay from Cherryville and Pinot Gris from Forest Range direct pressed then co fermented. Blended with direct pressed Chardonnay from the Top Range in Adelaide Hills. Tension, raciness and minerality are all heavily present in this wine. Like the name suggests, this wine is charged full of acid.
