Mallaluka vineyard fruit.
100% carbonic maceration for 21 days, then fermented using indigenous yeasts. 50% basket pressed into stainless steel and 50% into seasoned French oak puncheons. Blended before bottling. No fining or filtration. Powerful, wild & punchy on the nose, then fades away beautifully in the mouth to a juicy, softer and less dense finish compared to previous releases. Drink at room temperature and mop it up with salty charcuterie.
