2021 Bramble Beret
Notes from Luke! The monk who made this!
A light dry red made to be chilled down. Pinot Noir from lower Derwent Valley just outside of Plenty, with the Riesling pinch coming off the same site. Whole bunch pressed and co-fermented with about 10% Riesling owing to the blend. Matured in old oak for 9 months to add some backbone and dryness, start it cold and watch it come up in the glass, great with antipasto and afternoon snacks. 1200 bottles produced.
