Fizzy orange wine! A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay which see skins for 3 weeks. It is then aged in wooden barrels for eight months then secondarily fermented in bottle with no additions. Orange fizz but elegant. Creamy, yet saline. Topped off with a lovely toasty apple finish. Great drinking.
