This wine is made from 777 clone Pinot Noir which sits in a south facing pocket of our vineyard. The block is lined by a variety of Banksia trees. 100% whole bunch 777 Pinot Noir. Carbonic maceration for two weeks. Matured in seasoned French oak for seven months.
