Ton'y new "not" orange!
Even if the weather isn't quite there yet... Brief notes from Tony as he is in the middle of vintage - predominantly destemmed Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, along with a little Zibibbo and Vermentino. Fermented in stainless steel and amphora for 5 months, then gently basket pressed to neutral barrels for a further 5 months. So light and fresh and full of character.
