2020 Yetti and the kOkOnut Red Muscat
Notes from Dave and Koen - they make the wine:
100% Red Muscat from the Barossa Valley picked mid February. Our first "red wine". Like with most of the wines, we tend to keep it very easy going and smash-able booze. 5 days skins and pressed to seasoned puncheons. Aged for about 6 months before bottling. Lychee, nashi pear, apricot, quince nose. Just a lot going on. Soft hints off vanilla. Fresh start in mouth, green apple with notes of hay and quince in end palette.
