2020 Year Wines Noodle Juice
A Grillo Arneis blend.
The Grillo was kept on skins for 24 hours before pressing to tank and settled overnight before racking for wild ferment. The Arneis was kept on skins for 4 months before being pressed to old French oak. Full solids. Both wines went through malo. Gravity racked together before being settled for bottling. No adds bar a small amount of S02. Unfined and unfiltered. All fruit from Blewitt Springs.
