Louis' new wines are so good.
Single vineyard at 590m elevation, hand picked by us, wild fermented 100% whole bunch, short maceration then pressed to old oak, bottled unfined unfiltered. Really light and pretty, but with complexity from whole bunch, little sappy notes offset the dense ripe strawberry flavours.
