2020 Wildflower Zibeerbo (375ml)

Notes from the brewer, Topher:
A golden barrel-matured Australian Wild Ale aged with Muscat of Alexandria (Zibibbo) skins after six months on wine in terracotta amphora from our friends at Brash Higgins, McLaren Vale SA. Upon release, it's nose is reminiscent of sweet pineapple and melon balanced by lifted lemon sherbet and sweet candy. Gentle skinsy spice gives a wonderful lift. The palate carries the pineapple motif with bitter orange fruit, layered with gentle phenolics and tempered acidity to create a lovely harmony. Flavoursome and familiar.
