2020 Travis Tausend Yumi
Notes from Travis:
Pinot Noir from Peramangk Country, Adelaide Hills, SA. The wine is made from the same part of the vineyard each year because it’s the part of the vineyard that ripens first. A plend of 2 clones of pinot (MV6 & D5V12) the grapes are hand picked and treated as part whole bunch and part destemmed fruit, fermented on skins for a week before being pressed to 2 x 500L barrels for the rest of fermentation and elevage. This is a light and fun pinot with heaps of red berry juicy characters. Spring time wine.
