2020 Travis Tausend Agóri Red

Exciting new wines - notes from Travis.
Agóri red is made using all of the red berries that we work with; Merlot 80%, Pinot Noir 15%, Shiraz 3% and Cabernet Sauvignon 2%. The varieties are co fermented on skins and then pressed to tank to rest over winter and bottled in spring to keep it fresh. The wine is light and performs best with a chill. It's a slippery palate and has all the hallmarks for a drinking wine rather than a tasting wine if you know what I mean. Drink half as cold as the rosé.
