Harvested early to preserve natural acidity, our Vermentino was fermented cool with natural yeasts before spending 6 months on fine lees. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Tino is bursting with aromas of grapefruit, pear, apple and white flowers. Soft and fruity, its rich flavours of pear, golden delicious apple and kiwi fruit wash across the richly textured palate.
