Venerable Italo-red, brought to us by the good people at Chalmers, who were spared the worst of the smoke and the dread. Carbonic maceration for six days then into barrel for six months. Only that one barrel made. Built for a chill. Back to school. Denim on denim. Gravelly knee. Cold cuts, cold pizza, epistaxis.
