Case Vecchie farm is located on the Morainic hills in Monzambano, in the province of Mantova. Led by the young winemaker Paolo Ferri, he has been making wine since 2010, but also honey, olive oil, ancient grains and "medicinal plants". We assume that means weed. This is Cabernet Sauvignon and Rondinella. Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon. After 7 days of maceration with the skins, wine ferments and aged for 8 months in stainless steel.
